"Stuffed Eggs" appetizer, a tasty and light cold appetizer that will take its dignity on any festive table.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Eggs 5 pcs
Canned corn 100 g
Crab sticks 3 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Shrimps 100 g
Vegetables (for decoration)
Greens (for decoration)
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Cut off the sides and remove the yolks.
Boil the shrimps in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Cool and clean.
Cut the crab sticks, add corn and yolks. Season with mayonnaise.
Stuff the eggs. Place two or three shrimps on top of each egg. Decorate with vegetables and herbs.
