Wash the eggplant and cut into slices. Season with salt and let stand for 30 minutes.
Fry in sunflower oil.
Place on a paper towel.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Finely chop the garlic or pass through a garlic press. On a plate put lettuce leaves and layers of tomatoes, eggplant, mayonnaise, slightly greasing the layer, and sprinkle with garlic.
Put pieces of cheese on top.
