Sunflower oil 200 ml

Tomato paste 100 g

Ketchup 50 g

Salt to taste


Peel the potatoes. Cut into slices lengthwise, then cut into slices with chopsticks. Place the chopped potatoes on paper towels and pat dry. Fry in a large amount of hot oil in a deep frying pan until golden brown. Discard each serving of fried potatoes in a colander and season with salt. Tomato sauce:
