Sausages in dough in the oven

Sausages in batter in the oven is a great occasion to pamper children and adults with delicious pastries.

Cooking time 1 hour


Milk sausages 10-12 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 400 ml

Butter 30 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Egg 1 pc

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Dry yeast 10 g

Salt 1/2 tsp

Pour 400 milliliters of warm milk into a bowl, add 10 grams of dry yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Stir and leave for 20 minutes.

When the mass increases, add 30 grams of melted butter.

Add 300 grams of flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai.

Knead the dough in a bowl.

Form the dough into a ball.

Return dough to bowl and cover with cling film. Leave on for 20 minutes.

The dough will double in volume, you can start cooking.

Clean the sausages if they are not in a natural casing.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle of about 20 by 40 centimeters and cut into strips 3 centimeters wide.

Wrap sausage strips.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment with the ends of the dough down.

Brush with beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Cool slightly and transfer to a dish.

Sausages in the oven dough are ready. Serve to the table.
