Small portioned puff pastry tartlets with salad for a festive table, which you can easily prepare yourself.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Puff yeast dough 200 g
Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned pineapple 200 g
Cheese 50 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Greens to taste
Roll out the puff pastry into a layer.
Cut the dough into squares.
Place each square in a greased muffin mold.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.
Finely chop the boiled chicken into a bowl.
Add the diced pineapple and grated cheese.
Add diced red bell pepper and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Put the filling in puffs and garnish with herbs.
The puff pastry tartlets are ready. Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
