Quick pickled cucumbers in a bag

Hit of the summer season. These quick lightly salted cucumbers in a bag can be cooked anywhere, both outdoors and in the country. An hour later, while you are cooking something else, you will have delicious quick salted cucumbers on your table.

Cucumbers (about 1 kg) 5-7 pcs

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt 1 tsp

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Plastic bag 1 pc


Wash and dry cucumbers.

Cut into quarters.

Fold into a bag.

Chop the dill and chop the garlic into a bowl, add salt and stir.

Put everything in a bag and shake. Hang up the bag and shake it periodically for an hour.

Put on a plate and pour over with butter.
