Herring sandwiches on black bread are one of the simplest recipes for making a delicious snack for the table.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Lightly salted herring (fillet) 100 g
Bread (slices) 3-4 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Red onion 1 pc
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Mayonnaise 1 tsp
Fold the slices of bread one by one.
Cut off the crusts from all sides and make small rectangular pieces of bread
Put on a dish and brush with mayonnaise.
Add chopped onion into rings.
Add sliced herring fillets.
Add a slice of fresh cucumber and a parsley leaf.
