Liver pate "New Year" is a simple, tasty and quick pate for sandwiches, crackers, pancakes on the New Year's table.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken liver 300 g
Butter 50 g
Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the liver.
Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.
Add the liver and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool the finished liver and put in a bowl, beat with a blender.
Add butter, salt and pepper.
Once again, it is good to punch into a homogeneous mass.
Place on a platter using a serving ring.
Garnish with green onions and pomegranate seeds.
