New Year's snack of chicken rolls with cheese and pineapple is a great dish for a large number of guests and an ideal snack for the New Year's table.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Canned pineapple 100 g
Cheese 50 g
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet well.
Beat off the meat into the layer.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the sliced pineapples and the sliced cheese.
Wrap in rolls.
Tie the rolls with culinary thread.
Fry the garlic in vegetable oil.
Lay out the chicken rolls and fry on all sides.
Put in a form and bake in preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Cool the finished rolls.
Cut into slices. Put on a dish. Decorate as desired.
