Beetroot salad with prunes and garlic, a simple yet delicious combination of ingredients that will not let you resist.

Beet 1 pc

Prunes 30 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 2-3 pcs

Salt to taste


Boil the beets until tender, soak the prunes, peel the garlic.

In a bowl, combine the grated beets, pressed garlic and finely chopped prunes. Stir well, salt and season with vegetable oil.

Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Can be served on bread.
