Tortillas cakes or Armenian lavash 2 pcs

Pork pulp 300 g

Granular mustard 1 tbsp l.

Pickled gherkins 4 pcs

Tomatoes 1/2 pc

Spicy ketchup 4-6 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves for serving

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Marinate pork with a mixture of granular mustard, vegetable oil, salt and pepper for 2 hours.

Fry it in a pan.

Grease the flat cake with spicy ketchup.

Cut the pork into thin plastic and place on a ketchup-greased tortilla on one edge along with the gherkins and tomatoes cut in the same way.

Wrap in a roll and grill on 4 sides in a pan.

Serve with herbs such as lettuce leaves.
