Cheese balls with grapes

Delicious cheese balls with a surprise inside. This is a very original and delicious appetizer for any table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Grapes 10-12 pcs

Curd cheese 200 g

Pistachios 120 g

Parsley (greens) 3 sprigs

Sour cream 20% fat. 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Remove seeds from grapes, not having cut them completely beforehand.

Mix the grated cheese with a little sour cream.

Add finely chopped parsley.

Peel the pistachios and chop them into crumbs with a knife.

Stick the cheese mass over each grape berry to make a uniform ball and roll in pistachios.

Serve as a snack.
