Salmon cocot

Cut the salmon into small cubes, finely chop the onion.

Fry onions in vegetable oil.

Add salmon to it and fry a little. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the cream and simmer a little.

Distribute the whole mass over the cocotte and sprinkle with cheese and send to the oven at 200C for 10-12 minutes.

Serve hot.
