These mouth-watering little salad snack baskets are delicious. Better to cook more.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Wheat flour of the highest grade 250 g
Butter 120 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Cheese 150 g
Sausage cervelat 150 g
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Mayonnaise (for dressing) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl.
Add to the grated butter.
Mix egg and mayonnaise in a bowl and beat.
Mix everything in a large bowl and knead the dough. Put in the cold for 20-30 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces and put in molds. Make punctures with a fork.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
For the filling, combine grated cheese, chopped parsley, diced tomatoes and cervelat.
Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Put the salad on the cooled baskets and put in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
Put on a platter and serve.
