In a bowl, combine the cheese, finely chopped dill, pressed garlic cloves and chili.
Mash well with a fork. Add butter and beat until smooth.
Arrange the loaf slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 3 minutes. Cool slightly.
Lay out a plate with lettuce leaves, put cheese paste on them and croutons next to it. Serve to the table.
