Borodinsky bread 1/2 pc
Sprats 1 ban.
Pickled cucumber 2 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Garlic clove 1-2 pcs
Provencal mayonnaise 1-2 tsp
Green onion (feather)
Cut the bread into thin small slices.
Put on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 3-5 minutes.
Rub hot garlic slices. One or two sides to taste.
Prepare boiled eggs, cucumbers and herbs.
Brush the bread slices with a little mayonnaise.
Arrange the sliced cucumbers and eggs in slices.
Place sprats on each sandwich and garnish with dill sprigs. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
