Carrot 1 pc
Cheese (thin slices) 5 pcs
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Green onion (feather) 5 pcs
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
In a bowl, combine grated raw carrots, finely chopped parsley and pressed garlic.
Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Mix well. Place a small amount of the filling on the cheese slice and roll up. Tie with a feather onion.
Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
