Spicy chicken slices appetizer

One of the most important items on the New Year's menu is snacks. Traditionally, there should be a lot of them on the New Year's table. The Spicy Chicken Slices appetizer will require a minimum of effort from you, and the taste will pleasantly surprise you.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Chicken fillet 3 pcs

Korean carrots 100 g

Soy sauce 100 ml

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Honey 1 tbsp l.

Ground ginger 1 tsp

Lettuce leaves


In a bowl, grind the butter with honey and ginger.

Add soy sauce and stir.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet well.

Add fillets to a bowl of marinade and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.

Fry the marinated fillets in a grill pan without oil. Cook on both sides for 5-7 minutes, turning over.

Cut the cooled fillet into slices. Place on a platter with lettuce and Korean style spicy carrots. Decorate with parsley sprigs.
