Red fish sandwiches on the festive table are a wonderful appetizer that can be prepared in just 15 minutes.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Lightly salted pink salmon 150 g
Black bread 3-4 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Lemon 1/2 pc
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Dill (greens) to taste
Cut off the crust from 3-4 slices of black bread.
Cut into small portions.
Brush each slice of bread with mayonnaise.
Put a slice of fresh cucumber on top.
Add small sprigs of dill.
Top with lemon slices and slices of lightly salted red pink salmon.
Pierce with canapé skewers.
Sandwiches with red fish on the festive table are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
