Ruby Carnival stuffed eggs

Stuffed eggs "Ruby Carnival", easy to prepare and original appetizer for your festive table.

Eggs 4-5 pcs

Walnuts 50 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Ready-made mustard 1/2 tsp

Pomegranate seeds

Green onions


Boil 4-5 eggs, suck and peel.

Cut into halves and place on a dish.

Separate the yolks in a bowl and add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon of prepared mustard.

Mix the mixture well.

Stuff the proteins with the yolk mass.

Chop 50 g of walnuts and sprinkle the stuffed eggs on top.

Top with mayonnaise, onions and pomegranate seeds.

The Ruby Carnival stuffed eggs are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
