Chicken fillet 200 g
Olives 5-7 pcs
Tomatoes 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Hard cheese 50 g
Green onion (feather) 2-3 pcs
Slice of Gouda cheese 2-3 pcs
Salt to taste
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small pieces and place in the first layer on a dish. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese, place on top of the chicken and brush with mayonnaise.
Layer in a layer of diced tomatoes and some mayonnaise.
The last layer is olives cut into rings.
Garnish with bell pepper slices and Gouda hearts. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
