"Festive" chicken appetizer

An easy-to-prepare original chicken appetizer for your New Year's table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 50 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Lettuce to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Rub with salt and pepper.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil, on each side for 10-12 minutes over low heat.

Cool chicken meat, rinse and dry lettuce leaves.

Cut the cheese into slices. Place a slice of chicken on a slice of cheese.

Wrap in lettuce, add a slice of bell pepper on top and pierce with a snack skewer.

Place on a platter and serve with cheese sauce.

The Festive chicken appetizer is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
