Chicken canapes

Delicious canapes with chicken and tomatoes for your New Year's table.

Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 50 g

Cherry tomatoes 5-6 pcs

Bread 3-4 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Lemon juice to taste

Lettuce to taste

Ground red pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Grate well with salt and hot pepper.

Drizzle with lemon juice and add vegetable oil.

Fry in a skillet over medium heat, 7-10 minutes on each side.

Cut the bread into thin slices or preferably sliced.

Cut into quarters.

Cut lettuce into small pieces, cherry tomatoes into halves.

In a bowl, combine grated cheese and mayonnaise.

Cool the chicken fillet and cut into slices.

Spread cheese on a slice of bread.

Add a slice of chicken.

Add a leaf of lettuce and half a tomato on top.

Pierce with a snack skewer.

Prepare all the canapes.

Put the ready-made canapes on a dish.

Festive chicken canapes are ready. Can be served at the table.
