Lavash roll with canned fish

Onions and fish, wrapped in pita bread, cut into slices, are an excellent appetizer for a festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Onion 1 pc

Green onions 1 bunch

Processed cheese 2-3 tbsp. l.

Rice 2-3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Armenian lavash (thin) 1 piece

Salt to taste

Canned mackerel 120 g


Boil the rice until cooked and put on a sieve.

Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.

Expand pita bread and grease with melted cheese.

Peel the fish.

In a bowl, combine rice, sautéed onions and crushed fish.

Add finely chopped green onions and stir.

Put the filling on the pita bread in an even layer.

Roll up pita bread with a roll.

Cut into slices and place on a platter.
