Sandwiches with red fish are a royal appetizer that will suit any festive table.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Black bread (several slices) 3-4 pcs
Red fish 100 g
Red caviar 1 tbsp l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Dill to taste
Green onion (feather) to taste
Cut the pieces of bread into slices, cut off the edges.
Mix mayonnaise with finely chopped dill.
Brush the slices of bread with mayonnaise.
Add fish pieces, red caviar and green onions. Sandwiches with red fish are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
