Herring appetizer with potatoes

Herring with boiled potatoes, a win-win, an ideal snack for any table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 4-5 pcs

Herring in oil in pieces 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt 1 pinch.


Peel and boil the potatoes until tender.

Cut potatoes into slices and place on a flat dish.

Add a little salt, drizzle with herring oil and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Arrange the chopped herring in slices.

Add chopped onion in half rings. Serve to the table.
