Eggs for dough 2 pcs
Milk for dough 300 pcs
Flour for dough 150 g
Hard cheese for dough 50 g
Vegetable oil for dough 2 tbsp. l.
Dill (greens) for dough 1 bunch
Dough salt to taste
Chicken liver for filling 200 g
Flour for filling 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil for frying
Parsley (greens) for filling 1 bunch
Green onion (feather) for decoration
Filling salt to taste
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add milk, vegetable oil, flour and salt. Mix well.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, and finely chop the dill.
Add dill and cheese to the dough and mix well.
Bake pancakes on both sides until tender.
For the filling, rinse and dry the chicken liver well.
Season with a little salt and flour.
Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until tender.
Cool the liver and chop finely, put in a bowl with finely chopped parsley.
Add curd cheese and stir. Salt to taste.
Place a tablespoon of the filling on the pancake and wrap in a bag.
Tie with a feather onion.
Put on a dish.
Serve to the festive New Year's table.
