Potato sockets

Potato sockets are delicious both hot and cold, both as a side dish and as a snack. They will look great on a holiday table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 1 kg

Eggs 2 pcs

Butter 50 g

Sweet ground paprika 1/2 tsp



Peel and boil the potatoes. Salt during cooking.

Place hot potatoes in a bowl, add paprika and oil. Mash well in mashed potatoes.

Add eggs and mix well again.

Transfer the puree to a pastry bag.

Place in small portions on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Cool the finished sockets a little.

Potato sockets are ready. Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
