Eggs 5 pcs
Smoked sausage 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Canned black olives 10 pcs
Boil the eggs.
Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks carefully.
Remove the yolks in a separate bowl and heat them. Add chopped finely smoked sausage to the yolks.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Stuff the egg halves with the prepared yolk and sausage mixture. Put on a lettuce leaf. Decorate with fresh cucumber slices and olives.
