Liver cake

Liver cake, a great snack that turns your table into a festive one. This treat is good for everyone: it is easy to prepare, it looks original and tastes great.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Chicken liver 300 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Wheat flour of the highest grade 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 100 g

Processed cheese latvian 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Dill 1 bunch


Beat the liver in a blender and pour into a bowl.

Beat the eggs in a blender and add to the liver.

Peel and chop the onion, put it in a blender bowl and beat well.

Add to the liver with eggs in a bowl. Add flour, salt and oil.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and grease with butter, pour the liver mass onto the baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Cool and remove from parchment.

Cut into 4 pieces.

In a bowl, combine pressed garlic, finely chopped herbs, melted cheese and mayonnaise.

Coat each liver cake with mayonnaise and lay on top of each other.

Top with tomato slices, herbs and lemon slices. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve to the festive table.
