Provencal pickled cabbage is a delicious vegetable snack. Cooks quickly, crunchy and finishes quickly.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Water 300 ml
White cabbage 200 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Chili pepper 1 pc
Table vinegar 6 tbsp l.
Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Rinse and dry cabbage, peppers and carrots well.
Cut the cabbage and bell peppers into large pieces into a large bowl.
Add chopped carrots and finely chopped hot pepper into strips.
Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Wrinkle well with your hands.
Add water and vinegar. Cover and put under oppression, refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Remove the cabbage from the refrigerator and place on a serving dish.
Delicious "Provencal" pickled cabbage is ready. Can be served at the table.
