Puffs "Appetizing"

Nothing whets the appetite more than beautifully served snacks. Puffs "Appetizing" are an excellent choice for the New Year's table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Fresh yeast puff pastry 300 g

Mackerel 1 piece

Egg 1 pc

Sesame seeds 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)




Roll out the dough into a layer.

Cut into small squares.

Fold the two edges together and place on a baking sheet with parchment. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Rinse and gut the mackerel well.

Remove the head, ridge and unfold the carcass into the layer.

Put on a baking sheet with parchment, salt, pepper and grease with vegetable oil.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool on a baking sheet, separate the meat from the remaining bones.

Grind the meat in a bowl.

Add finely chopped dill and stir. Add another 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Place the fish filling on the puffs. Before serving, transfer to a platter with lettuce and garnish with dill sprigs.

Puffs "Appetizing" are ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
