Chicken roll "Rozhdestvensky"

It is not at all necessary to cook something extraordinary in order to feed your guests tasty and well-fed on New Year's holidays. There are tons of simple and delicious snack options that require the most common and affordable foods. Rozhdestvensky chicken roll is just one of them.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 400 g

Baltic cheese 100 g

Egg 5 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Ground black pepper to taste



Rinse the chicken fillet well, peel the onions, carrots and garlic.

Mince meat and vegetables into a bowl.

Add grated cheese and finely chopped dill.

Add egg, salt and ground pepper.

Well you knead the mixture.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Place the "minced meat" on a baking sheet and shape it into a roll.

Place eggs in the middle and drown in minced meat. Correct the shape at the top and smooth with wet hands.

Lubricate the entire surface of the roll with mayonnaise.

Cook in the oven for 40-50 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Cool the finished roll and cut into portions.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.

The chicken roll is ready. Can be served at the table.
