Egg casserole with vegetables and ham

Egg casserole with vegetables and ham cooks very quickly, but it turns out incredibly delicious!

Cooking time 20 minutes


Green peas 100 g

Ham 100 g

Parsley (greens)

Hard cheese 50 g

Tomatoes 1 pc

Eggs 4 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 4 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Beat eggs with mayonnaise and flour, add salt to taste.

For the filling, cut the ham and tomato into cubes, grate the cheese, add green peas and chopped parsley.

Combine everything with the egg mixture and mix.

Transfer to a greased pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Remove from the mold and cool slightly.

Cut into portions.
