Tartlets with mushrooms and cheese, an amazing appetizer that quickly cooks and also quickly disappears from the festive table.

Fresh champignons 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Tartlets 1 pack

Sunflower oil (for frying)

Salt to taste


Remove the finished tartlets from the packaging.

Cut the champignons into halves and fry in sunflower oil for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Transfer the mushrooms to the tartlets.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

And put in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Take it out and serve as a snack.
