New Year's canapes

New Year's canapes in a festive performance, a light and refreshing snack for the New Year's table. Guests will be delighted.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Curd cheese 100 g

Light salted salmon 50 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Red caviar 1 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch


Rinse the cucumber, keep the cheese at room temperature.

Cut the cucumber into 0.5 cm thick rings.

Put the curd cheese on top using a pastry bag.

Place small slices of red fish on top.

Decorate with red caviar and a small sprig of herbs on top.

The New Year's canapes are ready. Cool slightly in the refrigerator and serve with the festive table.
