Eggs stuffed with mushrooms

Delicious cold appetizers and eggs stuffed with mushrooms will be one of the best choices on the New Year's table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Eggs 6 pcs

Porcini mushrooms (fresh frozen) 200 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)



Defrost the mushrooms, drain the liquid.

Fry grated carrots and finely chopped onions in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and fry for another 3-5 minutes over low heat.

Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.

Cut the eggs into halves and remove the yolks.

In a bowl, mix the fried vegetables with mushrooms, chopped egg yolks, finely chopped dill and season with salt.

Stuff the egg halves with the filling.

Put on a platter with lettuce and onions. Our delicious eggs stuffed with mushrooms are ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
