Cooking time 30 minutes
White beans 100 g
Garlic clove 3 pcs
Dill 1 bunch
Olive oil 5 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Soak the beans in water overnight.
Boil until tender, drain and cool.
Peel the garlic, dill and rinse well and dry.
Fold the beans, finely chopped dill, pressed garlic, olive oil and salt into a blender bowl.
Punch well within 2-3 minutes until a full homogeneous mass.
Put in a lidded bowl or container (you can store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days).
White bean pate is ready. Spread over slices of rye bread and serve.
