Cucumber rolls with salad

Fresh cucumber (long) 1 piece

Eggs 3 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Dill (greens) 2-3 branches.

Parsley (greens) 2 sprigs

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Olives 3-5 pcs

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Lemon slice 2-3 pcs

Green onion (feather) 5-7 pcs


Cut the cucumber lengthwise into strips. Fasten with toothpicks.

In a bowl, combine grated cheese, grated boiled eggs, finely chopped dill, pressed garlic and mayonnaise.

Mix well. Stuff the cucumber rolls with salad and tie with onion feathers. Remove toothpicks.

Put on a platter and garnish with parsley, olive slices and lemon slices. Serve the appetizer to the table.
