Baked champignons

Oven-baked champignons stuffed with eggs and herbs, under a crispy cheese crust, this appetizer will decorate any table.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Champignons 3-5 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Bulb onion 1/2 pc

Vegetable oil to taste

Parsley (greens) twigs.

Cheese 100 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Dill (greens) twigs.


Wash and dry the mushrooms.

Remove the legs and clear a place inside the cap.

Chop the legs and onion finely and fry in a little oil for 5 minutes.

Boil eggs, cool, peel and chop finely. Add finely chopped greens.

Add the fried mushroom legs and onions. Season with mayonnaise. Mix.

Stuff the mushroom caps with the filling. Place in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Put on a plate and garnish with herbs.
