Herring stuffed eggs

A simple and very tasty snack for the New Year's table, your guests will love it.

Eggs 3 pcs

Lightly salted herring 100 g

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Green onions to taste


Boil eggs, judge and peel. Peel the herring or take a ready-made lightly salted fillet.

Cut the eggs curly or usually into halves and remove the yolks.

Finely chop the herring fillet.

Add grated yolks and mayonnaise. Stir the filling.

Stuff the egg halves.

Garnish with thin slices of herring and finely chopped green onions. Put on a dish. Cool slightly.

Herring stuffed eggs are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
