Eggs stuffed with red caviar is a delicious cold appetizer for the New Year's table.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Eggs 5 pcs
Red caviar 2 tbsp l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Dill 1 bunch
Lettuce (for garnish) to taste
Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Cut into halves, put the whites on a dish with salad leaves, put the yolks in a bowl.
Add finely chopped dill and mayonnaise to the yolks. Stir the filling until smooth.
Stuff the halves.
Decorate with dill sprigs and top with red caviar.
