Filled cucumber rolls

Filled cucumber rolls are a great appetizer that is easy to make for any occasion.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Cherry tomatoes 5-7 pcs

Pickled green olives 10 pcs

Bell pepper 1/2 pc

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Sun-dried tomatoes 2-3 pcs

Feta cheese 100 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Lettuce leaves for decoration

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste



Chop the olives, bell peppers, 3 cherry tomatoes and fry them a little with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Allow to cool by transferring to a bowl.

Add feta cheese to a bowl and mix well.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices using a sharp knife or a vegetable peeler.

Cut the remaining cherry tomatoes in half. Then we wrap the filling in each plate of cucumber, fix it with a toothpick and string a half of a tomato.

Put on a dish on lettuce leaves and serve.
