Ocharovanie mushroom salad

This easy-to-prepare salad with mushrooms, canned corn, smoked chicken and cheese will decorate any festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Smoked chicken fillet 200 g

Champignons 200 g

Canned corn 1 ban.

Cheese 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.



Peel and rinse 200 g of champignons.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the chopped mushrooms and one finely chopped onion.

Cook for 5-6 minutes, season with salt to taste.

Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.

In a bowl, combine 1 can of canned corn and sauteed mushrooms.

Peel 200 g of smoked chicken fillet.

Cut the smoked chicken into cubes and add to the salad bowl, grate 100 g of cheese.

Season with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt to taste and stir.

Ocharovanie mushroom salad is ready. Put the salad in a salad bowl and serve.
