On New Year's holidays, you simply cannot do without an appetizing red fish. Salted pink salmon "Prazdnichnaya" will conquer your guests with its taste.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Pink salmon fillet 500 g
Water 300 pcs
Salt 5 tbsp. l.
Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.
Vodka 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Pepper to taste
Remove from frozen fillets from skin.
Cut the fish into slices.
Dissolve salt and sugar in cold boiled water. Add vodka and pepper to taste.
Dip the fish slices into the marinade for 5-7 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon onto a plate of paper towels
Transfer to the blue, brushing slightly with a brush with vegetable oil.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Place on a platter with lettuce before serving. Decorate with herbs.
Festive salted pink salmon is ready. Can be served with the New Year's table.
