Cooking time 20 minutes
Sausage salami 7-10 pieces
Cheese 50 g
Prunes 10-12 pcs
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Dill sprigs 2-3 pcs
Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
Leave the salami slices on the table for 20 minutes, they will melt a little and will be more plastic.
Soak prunes in hot water for 20 minutes. Rinse well and pat dry.
Grate cheese into a bowl. Add finely chopped prunes, pressed garlic and finely chopped dill to the cheese.
Season with mayonnaise and mix well. Place a small spoonful of the filling on a slice of salami and roll up.
Put on a platter with lettuce leaves. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Serve to the festive table.
