Cooking time 25 minutes
Fresh champignons 300 g
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Ricotta cheese 3 tbsp. l.
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sand baskets 5-7 pcs
Parsley (greens) 2 sprigs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash the champignons well and dry a little.
Chop finely, leave 2-3 mushrooms for garnish. Fry mushrooms and finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine mushrooms and finely chopped dill in a bowl.
Add ricotta cheese and stir.
Lay out the filling and baskets.
To decorate, cut 2-3 champignons into slices and fry on both sides.
Place one slice on each basket. Decorate with a sprig of parsley. Let stand for 20-30 minutes. Serve to the table.
