Lavash rolls

Lavash rolls are a simple, tasty and quick pita bread with vegetable filling for any table.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Cheese 100 g

Lavash 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 2 sprigs

Salt to taste


Peel the carrots and garlic, rinse the herbs, grate the cheese.

Grate carrots and mix in a bowl with cheese.

Add chopped herbs and pressed garlic.

Season with mayonnaise and stir.

Put the filling on the pita bread.

Roll up and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Cut into pieces and place on a dish.

Lavash rolls are ready. You can serve a snack to the table.
