Stuffed tomatoes "Santa Claus" is the very, very New Year's snack. What could be easier to prepare. But they look so charming. Each of your guests will have Santa Claus on their plate.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Tomatoes 5 pcs
Cheese 100 g
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Rinse and dry the tomatoes.
Cut off the caps and remove the pulp.
In a bowl, combine grated cheese, pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Stuff the tomatoes with the filling.
Cover with lids on top. Make eyes from black peppercorns or dried clove buds.
