Meatloaf with mushrooms and cheese

This mouth-watering meatloaf is a great option for a delicious party snack. Minced meat, mushrooms and cheese, everything is simple, but what a result!

Cooking time 1 hour


Minced meat (pork + beef) 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Champignons 300 g

Hard cheese 100 g

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.



Pepper to taste

Greens (for decoration)


Mix the minced meat with the egg and onion, cooked in a meat grinder, season with salt and pepper.

Boil the carrots until tender. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Drain the excess oil and cool the mushrooms.

Smooth the minced meat with a thin layer on a small piece of foil. Lay out the mushrooms and chopped carrots.

Roll into a roll. Transfer to a baking sheet.

Brush with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. Cool and cut into portions. Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
